Just in time for a resurgent interest in Sweet Swing sounds comes Oop Bop Sh’Bam. The band plays a groovin’ mix of classics Frank Sinatra, Nat “King” Cole style swing to the rockin’ poppin’ sounds of Louis Jordan, Louis Prima, and Brian Setzer. This Six piece band boasts a lineup of the most highly respected musicians in South Florida and is led by vocalist/guitarist Jeff Taylor whose beautiful voice is as close to Sinatra and Connick and Cole as it gets. Band members have played with the likes of Mose Allison, Benny Goodman, Tommy Dorsey, Jimmy Buffett, David Lee Roth and the O’Jays.
